The work is a tribute to D.F.’s creativity, understood as the ability to generate shapes and structures for eyewear that were previously nonexistent and often believed impossible to realize.

The stele should be read from bottom to top. At first, one is confronted with a scene of chaos and disorder, emphasized by the prominent presence of D.F.’s products, reworked, disassembled, and reassembled, violently intertwined with the mosaic surface.

As one moves upward, the composition becomes progressively calmer and more serene, giving way to order and regularity. Here, everything reaches its fulfillment, its reason for being, forming a stable and balanced system. D.F. has worked her magic and, from the chaos of the undefined, has succeeded in generating beauty.
